The vase sides have been compressed, and some cracks and splits have been added to the vase to create additional texture and movement.
The glaze’s palette adds a bold contrast between off white and charcoal black with overtone splashes of green, ad burned coffee tones. The underside of the cylinder form vase is signed Aurora on the underside and dates to the second half of the 20th century.
