This Ashford Kent drawing for sale dates to the late 18th century of the Georgian era. Inscribed on the center base edge of the sheet by an unknown artist, “at Ashford Kent”, the image details an architectural study drawing of a crocket and gable in gothic style architecture characteristics. The reverse a partial study of a Gothic architectural Chruch, composed of ink and wash.
