The plate is Creil-Montereau faience is crafted of a lead-glazed earthenware on a white body from the French communes of Creil, Oise, and of Montereau. The plate features a thick yellow glazed rim with a black decorated line. An ideal wall decoration plate for French provincial style. The reverse of the plate with a stamp Legros D’Anizy Exposition de 1819.
