Ceramic antique button. Circa 1890-1900. The button with the Eastern Star symbol for the female Masonic order, or the Order of the Eastern Star. The color palette features red, yellow, blue, green, and transparent symbols. The book and stand center represent Mason’s order’s “Volume of Sacred Law.” The additional symbols represent additional symbols of the Masonic Order. Similar examples of this symbol and design may relate to Freemasonry, sacred geometry.
