This beautiful antique Russian enamel silver gilt bird was made for the Persian market in the 19th century. It is stamped with a Cyrillic character beneath the Imperial Warrant, overstriking workmaster’s initials, and 84. The enamel is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The colors are still very vibrant and the silver is still bright and shiny. This bird would make a wonderful addition to any collection of Russian antiques. The sculpture has colors ranging from gold, silver, rackley blue, Persian plum red, phthalo green, and deep koamaru blue.
