American Charles Marion Russell 1864-1926 was one of the most important sculptors of the American West. His work depicted the region’s people, animals, and landscapes with a naturalism that was rarely seen at the time. One of his most iconic works is the bronze bull head sculpture. The sculpture depicts a bull’s head profile capturing the essence of the American West.
