This vintage art print of four men was created by Rudy Pozzatti in 1968. The piece’s title is simply “Four Men,” and it features head profile portraits of four men placed close together. The artist signs this print in the lower right-hand corner numbered 16/40 and dated 1968. The artwork is a soft ground etching, aquatint, and engraving(copper) in dark umber. It would make a great addition to any art collection. Rudy Pozzatti was born in Telluride, Colorado, on January 14, 1925, and passed away in Bloomington, Indiana, on March 27, 2021. He established Indiana University’s printmaking program and was a well-respected artist, printer, and educator. His works are held in the National Gallery of Art, among of prestigious museums and institutions.
