This antique Indian miniature painting dates to the early 19th century, circa 1840. The painting has floral and polychrome borders of ivory and gold outer margin and an inscription cartouche identification giving the title and artist in the center, middle, and top of the image. The painting features a seated portrait of Ravel Barisalji. The back of the image with various writing and notes pertaining to the subject of the image. Condition
